Plumbline · HSG's classification and compensation platform

Open a complete study on a fictional city, and click anything

HSG runs its studies on Plumbline, a platform we built for this work. A full demonstration is live on a fictional city, Cypress Bend: about 730 employees in five bargaining units, with every stage of a study already done. It uses synthetic data only. You can open it now with the access code printed in our proposal.

How to get in

  1. Go to cypressbend.plumbline-hr.com.
  2. Enter the access code printed in HSG's proposal to Grafton County (the "See the platform for yourself" box in the methodology section).
  3. Pick any sample account: employee, supervisor, HR, finance, executive or HSG analyst.

What the visit is

  • Read-only. Nothing you click can change the demo, send an email or start a paid process.
  • No name, email or registration is asked for, and no contact with HSG is needed.
  • Synthetic data only: Cypress Bend is not a real place, and no Grafton County data is in the platform.
  • A visit lasts up to 24 hours. Like any sign-in, it records the browser's address and type for security.
Three stops worth five minutes

The market run

Sign in as the HR account and open a market run. Every comparator figure carries its source and effective date, the way the Grafton survey will.

The equity scan

Open the equity scan. Each compression or inversion finding lists the employees and the evidence behind it, with the rule used to flag it.

A cost run

Open a cost run to see the price of each implementation option, by department and fund, before anyone is asked to vote.

What Grafton County would get

The County does not buy software. HSG runs the audit on Plumbline and delivers every report, table and cost model in Word and Excel the County keeps. If the County later wants its own workspace for annual updates, that is a separate, optional decision.
